Store User App: By using the Store User function, Front of House staff can generate orders with speed and ease. The system is integrated to automatically provide real-time status updates directly to the customer via push notifications
Flexible Login Options: Log in with your company email for existing accounts or create a new account via the Sign-Up screen with ease
Streamlined Order Management: View and manage orders in organized status rows—Pending, In Progress, and Ready—and finalize them as Cancelled or Delivered
Online/Offline Toggle: Use the manual switch to override operating times and set your status to online or offline whenever needed
Profile Management: Tap your profile photo or name to edit your profile, update account details, or log out quickly and easily
Order Confirmation: Confirm actions like canceling or delivering orders before moving them to the Order History for better accuracy
Order History & Search: Search, view, and filter closed orders by Delivered or Not Delivered, making record-keeping simple and efficient
Order Details & Tracking: Access detailed views of any order, complete with progress history, timestamps, and full order details
User-Friendly Navigation: Navigate through screens using the side menu to manage orders, edit profiles, or adjust key settings seamlessly
