Admin Dashboard: How to Login & Manage Account

Welcome. In this video, we will show you how to log in to the OrderEasy Dashboard and manage your account.

Logging In

1. Visit the login link shown on screen.
2. Enter your registered Email Address and Password.
3. (Optional) Check the Remember Me box, or click Forgot Password to follow the reset steps if needed.
4. Click Login to access your dashboard.

Managing Your Account

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Manage Subscription.
2. Subscriptions Tab:
   – View active, pending, or cancelled subscriptions, payment due dates, and totals.
   – Click View on a plan to see additional details.
   – Toggle Auto-Renew to “on” for automatic renewals.
   – Click Cancel to terminate a plan, Change Payment to update payment methods, or Renew Now to reactivate an expired subscription.
3. Orders Tab:
   – Track order history and click View on any order to see details (or click Order Again).
   – For “Pending Payment” orders, click Pay Now or Cancel.
4. Address Tab: View or update your billing information by clicking Edit Billing Address.
5. Account Details Tab: Edit your personal details or change your account password.
6. Click Return to App Dashboard at the top of the screen to return to your store dashboard.
